Guidelines for Presenters

Registration Dedlines

  • • To secure the time and place for your oral/poster presentations, please complete the registration by October 15th, 2022.

  • • No registration, No presentation.

  • • All presenter must do full registration(Online or In-person) not one-day registration.

  • • Please note that all presentations will be recorded and replayed by paid participants until the end of December, 2022.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation Preparation

  • • Each session will be 60 minutes for online and 90 minutes for in-person. 15~20 minutes will be given for one presentation. The moderators will have the discretion to manage each session.

  • Oral presentations should be always accompanied by PowerPoint presentations. Speakers are entirely responsible for the presentation content (order, graphics etc.). All presentations have to be delivered in English.

  • Please prepare your presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint. The screens’ aspect ratio will be 16:9. Please note that Apple Keynote and Prezi presentations might not supported.

  • There is no template so you can use a template with your company/university logo.

  • In-person presenter's presentation file must be handed over to the technical personnel in the lecture room with the USB stick, as far in advance as possible but at least TWO HOURS before the start of the entire session where your presentation is to be displayed. The presentation for an early morning session should be handed over the evening before.

  • The schedule of oral presentation will be announced soon.

  • Online sessions will be real-time(ZOOM), but it is recommended that the participants prepare a recorded 15 minute-long presentation in mp4 file format by October 17th, 2022.
    There will be some time for questions and answers during the session.

Guidelines for Poster Preparation

Poster Dimensions

  • Please note that the format for posters is A0 Portrait.

  • Width: 33 inches (84.1 cm)

  • Height: 46 inches (118.9 cm)

  • Your poster must not exceed the recommended size.

Format and Content

  • Posters should display at the top: the title and author(s) names and affiliation in large letters. The background/purpose, methodology, results and conclusions should follow. Posters may include diagrams, graphs, charts, photos and should be designed so that they can easily be read at a distance of 6 feet (2 meters). Click here for suggestions on how to maximize the readability and impact of your poster.

  • Note: Authors must bring their posters already printed. If you need help for printing, pelase contact secretariat in advance, then we will let you know where you could order printing. The expense must be paid by yourself.

  • Please complete the display by 13:00 on the 24th / You can take your poster after 17:00, October 25th(KST).

Submit poster

  • In-person presenters need to bring the printed posters to the Conference.

  • Online presenters need to send the poster file to the ISG 2022 Secretariat for online display. Please send the file by October 17th.

  • Poster file format is PDF or JPG, image size must be at least W1024 x H1448 x 72dpi.

Submit Poster Presentation Recording file(Optional)

  • ISG 2022 will operate online conference website, all poster presenter can send their presentation video(5minutes only) to be displayed on the online website. It has to be MP4. format.

  • If you send them by October 17th with your poster file, we will upload the files on ISG 2022 online webiste. (Access to the online website only given to paid registratrants.)
